This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Advoxy IT Solutions Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in connection with the Skillgy learning management system available at https://www.skillgy.com ("Platform"). Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms and Conditions.
1.1 This Policy applies to Students, Parents/Guardians, and any other individual who interacts with the Platform, including through the website, contact forms, or newsletter sign-up.
1.2 This Policy is intended to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable rules made thereunder.

Razorpay processes all payments made on the Platform. Razorpay handles sensitive payment data directly; the Company only receives transaction references from Razorpay.
6.2 Video Streaming
Bunny Stream provides secure video streaming for Course content. Bunny Stream may process video access logs, playback logs and access timestamps on our behalf.
6.3 Content Delivery
Cloudflare provides content delivery network and security services for the Platform.
6.4 Email Delivery
An SMTP mail service is used to deliver transactional and, where applicable, marketing emails.

7.1 We do not sell personal data to third parties.
7.2 We may share personal data with the service providers described in Clause 6, with professional advisors, with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required, or with a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in each case only to the extent reasonably necessary.
8.1 We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law.
8.2 Data may be retained for purposes including legal compliance, tax obligations, fraud prevention, copyright enforcement, dispute resolution, and security investigations, even after a User requests deletion of their Account.
8.3 A deletion request will be honoured to the extent legally permissible; however, certain records may continue to be retained where retention is required by law or necessary to protect the Company's legitimate interests.
9.1 We implement commercially reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data, which may include HTTPS encryption, encrypted password storage, secure session management, authentication and IP monitoring, secure video playback tokens, access controls, and administrative controls.
9.2 No online service can guarantee absolute security. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, you acknowledge that transmission of data over the internet carries inherent risk.
10.1 Where any of our service providers process or store data outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure that such transfers are conducted in accordance with applicable data protection law.
11.1 The Platform is intended for use by Students who are at least thirteen (13) years of age. Where a Student is a minor, we rely on the involvement and consent of a Parent or Guardian in connection with the Student's use of the Platform.
11.2 Parents and Guardians may contact us at info@theadvoxy.com regarding any concerns about a child's Account or personal data.
12.1 We may send marketing emails and newsletters relating to Courses and Platform updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link provided in such emails, without affecting your ability to receive transactional communications relating to your Account or purchases.

14.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. We recommend using a strong, unique password and not sharing your login details with any other person.
